You will apply your business, commercial and technical experience to develop and manage our technology roadmap, delivering continuous improvement across our customer-facing and operational systems. • Review existing services and collaboratively develop a 5-year technology roadmap
• Support critical business objectives with the procurement, development, and management of technology solutions
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across all technology vendor relationships to ensure the effective delivery of services
• Assess opportunities for artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives, alongside additional avenues for leveraging advanced data analytics 

• PaaS and IaaS cloud-based technology delivery
• Microservices architecture and third-party integrations systems
• Enterprise technology strategy to support growth and modernisation
• Leveraging data and analytics platforms to derive tangible insights
• Practical knowledge of industry security standards
• Experience working with Ruby on Rails is preferable
