Just Digital People Melbourne are working with a global integrated marketing & communications agency as they look to add a new Social Media Manager to their high performing team.

You'll play a key role to focus on the development, execution and optimisation of the social strategy for your own portfolio of specialised clients.

What you'll do:

• Be responsible for brand health and recognition across all social channels.
• Build and leverage effective communication across paid and organic campaigns.
• Liaise with other internal agency teams to ensure social strategies are executed and analysed appropriately. 
• Management of content curation/copywriting to ensure brand message is fresh and cohesive.
• Ongoing campaign optimisation.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Proficiency in posting, curating, moderating, scheduling, and analysing paid advertising campaigns on FB, Insta, YT, Tktk.
• Solid understanding of data analytics and analytical software.
• A passion for creativity, and an ability to build brand equity through social initiatives.
