You know when you're sitting at a bonfire with good friends, cold beer in hand, a few tunes playing in the background, and you and your mates land on that one conversation most of us millennials land on a few times a year.  You know the one --  the one that goes a bit like this,  "Is this it?!  Do we just work 8-5 for the man, pay taxes, eat, sleep, exercise, walk the dog, repeat?  Is this really it!?"

Well, I have no idea, but what I do know is that to lessen the sting of it all, why not work for a not-for-profit that does good for our fellow citizens?

Now I am no designer, but I am as aware as them just how much impact it can create for people and their customers and users.  

This client in particular is pivoting the way they look and use design.  They are trending, (like many other companies) to REALLY and TRULY focus on the User!  
The product is there, it has been iterated several times but now, let's look deeper!  Are you a CX-focused designer at heart?? If you are, then this one might be for you!

If you have a majority of these skills, apply!  

• Experience in designing multiple interactive applications that are high profile and frequented by large numbers of users
• Capability in interaction design; including mastery of how users understand and control interactive components and how developers build components
• Delivering user interface specifications that are valued and used by developers, using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Xd
• Knowledge of UX principles, UI design best practices, visual trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid UI skills!  
• User research and defining and presenting synthesised opportunities
• Working in an agile development environment, with knowledge of current “design ops” best practices aimed at delivering optimal impact through collaboration
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other UI development tools
