Did you know the blob of toothpaste you put on your toothbrush has a name for it? It's TRUE!  It's called a nurdle.  I know, great word!  

Look this isn't important, but I am feeling uninspired as I write this job AD so why not share with you a little nugget of useless information to tell your loved ones.  Nurdle... makes me laugh.    

Now onto the role! 

Reporting to the Head of CX, you will be assigned to the Mobile App design team working closely with them to ideate, design, and implement digital solutions to improve the customer experience and uplift retention and engagement.  It's a really fun project working with some of my favourite humans! 

Your day to day:

• Take the lead in discovery and ideation of features and experiences to be propositioned for the app
• Work closely with the Research & Insights role to coordinate and facilitate test and validation activities to validate your concepts and designs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and greater stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Design and validate your ideas, with engagement across the business and customer stakeholders (from a mix of low to high fidelity wireframes and prototypes).
• Produce concept wireframes through to finalised detailed designs with all the relevant experience and interactive specs to support implementation.
• Apply UX/UI best practices across your work, particularly covering native app functionality.
• Leverage the CX and Brand guidelines to bring the App to the next level!
