JDP Melbourne are partnering with a premier Australian resort group in the search for a Senior Customer Strategy Analyst. The role will have you prepare strategic analysis on customer data to identify opportunities to grow revenue.

Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager, the purpose of your role will be to apply analytical techniques to support to customer lifecycle strategy.
With teams based in both Sydney and Melbourne, this role is available in either city.

What you'll do:

• Assist in customer lifecycle strategy design and implementation.
• Translate data into recommendations to optimise marketing campaigns.
• Support testing and analysis program for insights on customer drivers.
• Prepare analysis on marketing activity and expected campaign profitability. 

What you'll need:

• 4+ years relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong working experience in data mining, Cognos, SQL, Python
• Able to prioritise timelines and conflicting priorities.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex data analysis.
