This role comes with a fun and challenging task of being the leader of all Front End functions. You will have 2-4 direct reports and you will contribute to architecture and engineering of the digital team. Some of your skills will include:

• Difficult technical problem solving skills
• Stakeholder collaboration
• Have a solid understanding of domain driven design
• Strong knowledge of frontend development
• HTML/CSS/Javascript/Typescript
• Familiar with React, Next.JS and GraphQL
• Have previous experience with leading and mentoring
• Have experience with both Web and Mobile development

• Work closely with developers to implement the best solutions
• Drives architecture vision
• Strong team management skills, connecting with both architecture processes and engineering practices
• Create a solid collaborative frontend team sharing knowledge and mentoring others
• API integration
• Content management
• User analytics
• A/B testing
