I'm working with a new client who specialises in offering exciting experiences for people to enjoy right across Australia and the sky is the limit.
 
My client is seeking a business and account development professional who is keen to work with a company that sells experiences that bring happiness to peoples lives. They require somebody who has a passion for life, the products they sell and a big personality with a zest for life.

The role is about onboarding the best experiences for the clients travellers, as well as supporting experienced providers to grow their businesses.

- Build a Strong Product Selection and bring on new clients
- Develop Data-driven Strategies: Make data-backed decisions to grow your market
- Help Provider Succeed: leverage strong relationships with experience providers to up level product quality
- Be Our Ambassador: Represent the company with a high level of integrity and knowledge and act as a resource for Providers. You will travel around Australia to meet with Providers as required (around 20-30% of the year)
- Drive Innovation: Work closely with internal teams across the business to identify and implement strategies and products in your markets.
- Be part of a Kick-ass Team

What you need:

- 5+ years of business development, sales and account management experience, ideally with a background in the e-commerce and/or travel industry.
- Experienced in developing businesses and B2B partnerships in Australia.
- Self-starter. Thrive in a fast paced environment with ambitious targets and deadlines. Embrace failures, learn from it and move on
- Analytical thinker. Comfortable making data-driven decisions and have experience using Excel, Salesforce, and data dashboards
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Willing to travel regularly to meet with internal teams and external providers
 
Salary:
$100k - $120k plus 15% performance salary 15k - plus super, benefits - could be flexible. 
  
Work from anywhere in the world for 3 months per year.
