Just Digital People Melbourne have recently partnered with an exciting media and technology company specializing in the online sports betting sector, with a strong focus on the United States, to help them find their new Marketing Manager 

The business arms its users with the ultimate combination of sports betting tools, content and communities, and is powered by advanced analytics that drive the machine learning models developed by our team of data scientists.

This is an exciting opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of the growth marketing function for a business, a real opportunity to make it your own! This role will be focussed 50% on strategy 50% on implementation, until you grow out your own team, very quickly!

What you'll do:

• Lead the overall Paid & Organic marketing, starting with strategy through to performance and reporting and optimisation.
• Support the business to set growth goals 
• Work closely with tech and content teams to monitor and support on-page performance and optimization efforts
• Establish an expanding growth marketing team
• Monitor analytics, Google Search Console and other tools as required, as well as the latest algorithm updates and SEO trends.
• Provide performance reporting and insight analysis to achieve key engagement metrics.

What you'll need:

• Marketing degree qualified.
• 6+ years having worked in marketing
• Experience in a Senior Marketing role.
• Hunger to grow your experience in the sports, media and wagering spaces in the US, Australia and other international markets that we enter
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc)
• Partnership capabilities to build relationships and drive value exchange
