Just Digital People are partnering with one of my favourite clients to help them find two exceptionally talented Digital Manager's looking to step into a Director position. If the below sounds like a bit of you, I want to hear from you!

A Day in the Life:

• Work collaboratively with their clients marketing team to drive customer centric outcomes through innovative and creative strategies and campaigns.
• Develop, implement, optimize and manage any and all digital aspects of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage digital & social media marketing plan 
• Manage strategy across - content, SEO and SEM.
• Manage a team of digital superstars.

Your Checklist: 

• 3+ years in a similar role managing a digital marketing team.
• You're organised - ability to manage multiple clients, team members and responsibilities in a high pressure environment.
• Run a high performing team to hit and exceed client targets and expectations
• Consult with stakeholders to build strategy and accounts to achieve client KPIs
• Strong experience in paid media across search, social, programmatic
  Experience in utilising planning tools and ad-servers
  Familiar with Google stack and ideally Salesforce.
• Play a lead role in new business pitches when Search and Digital Performance channels
