Reporting to the Account Director, and with the support of Account Executives, you'll be exposed to retail/ecommerce & FMCG clients, and work closely with them on strategy rather than just managing the relationship.


What you'll do:

• Working with clients: gather briefs and develop a strategy that will help their unique business thrive
• Working with the sales department: sort out analysis, reports, and quotes for potential new clients
• Working with colleagues: liaise with creatives, web developers and designers for content and web requirements
• Maintain and manage ongoing and new digital marketing projects and plans
• You'll keep learning and growing, and will work to stay on top of emerging marketing and tech trends

What you'll need:  

• Account management experience in a digital agency
• SEO, SEM, CRO and Social Media product knowledge necessary (& a strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager) 
• Flawless communications skills
• Proficient understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics etc)
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently
• Have project management experience in a fast paced environment involving multiple stakeholders
• Can analyse and present key data in a comprehensive format to clients
