Just Digital People are partnering with one of my favourite clients to help them find an exceptionally talented Account Manger looking to step into a Director position. If the below sounds like a bit of you, I want to hear from you!

A Day in the Life:

• Managing all aspects of a fully integrated team across strategy, investment, social, performance and analytics. You’ll play a hands-on role the agency’s direct response clients balancing long term growth with short term ROI focused campaigns.
• You will motivate and influence a talented team, drive thought leadership, product excellence and client management.
• Maintaining client relationships within your portfolio, ensuring you have regular contact with both your day to day marketing contacts and more senior influencers within their businesses.
• Working with the sales department: sort out analysis, reports, and quotes for potential new clients
• Working with colleagues: liaise with creatives, web developers and designers for content and web requirements
• Maintain and manage ongoing and new digital marketing projects and plans
• Develop campaign forecasting based on past performance and metrics
• You'll keep learning and growing, and will work to stay on top of emerging marketing and tech trends

Your Checklist: 

• 5+ years experience within a media/marketing role - preferably agency background.
• A solid understanding of CRM, reporting, and optimisation platforms.
• Your love of people is evident in your smooth communication style and polished presentation skills
• You're a team player. All that good stuff: disciplined, reliable and accountable.
• Fluent with attribution model discussions and direct response metrics
• You love being rewarded for you hard work and super skills
• Pro at multitasking and effective time-management of multiple projects.
• Comfortable engaging, collaborating with, presenting to and influencing senior leaders and agency partners, as well as previous experience managing a team.
